Java Street’s multifamily development in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn was designed with sustainability and quick, modular construction in mind. This luxury condominium development included 16 units, a luxury lobby, a public roof top garden terrace, and 11 car parking garage. The development sites on a heavily trafficked corner off of McGuinness Boulevard, and was designed to provide privacy and protection from the sounds off the street. Therefore, all units opened up to the rear yard and even provided views of the city skyline for the top floors.
